No. Every workout can be scaled based on your current fitness level and experience.
That is exactly what the Intro Package is for. We help beginners learn the basics before joining regular classes.
Not when coached properly. We adjust movements, weights, and volume so the workout is appropriate for you.
Most people do well starting with 3 classes per week and building consistency from there.
We are located at 501 S. Third Street in Oxford, Pennsylvania.
WOD stands for Workout of the Day. It is the planned workout for that class, usually made up of a mix of strength, cardio, and functional movements that can be scaled to fit different fitness levels.
A typical class starts with a warm-up, including skill or strength work, then the workout of the day. All parts of class are guided by a coach to ensure you are moving correctly and everything can be adjusted to match your fitness level.
You do not need to bring much to get started. Our gym provides the equipment, so all you really need are comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, and a water bottle.
CrossFit can help you get stronger, improve endurance, move better, and build confidence. It also keeps workouts interesting and gives you the support of a community that helps you stay consistent.
