Weekly Class Times

We offer morning and evening CrossFit classes to make it easier to train around real life. Whether you prefer an early start, a mid-morning class, or an after-work workout, there are multiple options throughout the week.

Monday through Thursday: 6:00 am | 9:30 am | 4:00 pm | 5:00 pm | 6:00 pm

Friday: 6:00 am | 9:30 am | 4:00 pm | 5:00 pm

Saturday
: 8:30 am | 9:30 am

Sunday
: 9:30 am * The Weekly Fight

The Weekly Fight

The Weekly Fight was created to promote a healthy lifestyle through camaraderie, mission, and purpose.

This Sunday workout is rooted in the belief that veterans deserve strong community, meaningful connection, and support in turning post-traumatic stress into post-traumatic growth. It is one more way CrossFit Thunder Hill uses fitness and community to serve something bigger than a workout.
