Weekly Class Times
We offer morning and evening CrossFit classes to make it easier to train around real life. Whether you prefer an early start, a mid-morning class, or an after-work workout, there are multiple options throughout the week.
Monday through Thursday: 6:00 am | 9:30 am | 4:00 pm | 5:00 pm | 6:00 pm
Friday: 6:00 am | 9:30 am | 4:00 pm | 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:30 am | 9:30 am
Sunday: 9:30 am * The Weekly Fight
